Embrace routines, schedules, order and organization, typical strengths of adults with Aspergers. Ask for a mentor who can teach you the rules and social culture of the company and who will introduce you to people who can assist you in your work.
While this is a legitimate concern, it is one that can be minimized with practice and self-confidence.
You may need to ask for specific instructions in the interpersonal skills necessary to work effectively and cooperatively in a team.
